The terms for using Sano Cleaning Service and our website.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sano Cleaning Service website and cleaning services. By requesting a quote or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
Sano provides residential and commercial cleaning services throughout Southern Maine, including recurring, one-time, deep, move-in/move-out, Airbnb turnover, and commercial cleaning.
Prices shown by our online estimator are estimates based on the information you provide. Your final price is confirmed after a quick review and may be adjusted if the size, condition, or scope of the work differs from what was described. Recurring prices assume an initial deep clean has been completed.
You agree to provide safe access to the property at the scheduled time and to let us know about anything we need to work safely and effectively (pets, alarms, parking, hazards, or areas to avoid).
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible so we can adjust our schedule. We reserve the right to apply a fee for cancellations made with little notice or lockouts where our team cannot access the property.
If we miss something, let us know within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the affected area at no additional charge.
Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking or per your service agreement. We will confirm accepted payment methods and timing when we schedule your service.
Sano is insured and bonded. Please secure cash, jewelry, and irreplaceable valuables before service. Please report any concern about damage within 24 hours so we can investigate. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the cost of the affected service, and we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear.
We may decline or stop service where conditions are unsafe, unsanitary beyond the agreed scope, or where our team is treated inappropriately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine.
We may update these Terms from time to time; the effective date above shows the latest version.
